Users must never upload, request, share, promote, threaten to share, facilitate or seek content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child. Attempts to move such activity off-platform are also prohibited.
Account registration enforces a minimum age of 18. The product is positioned and distributed as an adults-only dating/relationship service. Public location is approximate, and safety, reporting and blocking controls remain available regardless of plan.
Suspected child-safety issues can be reported inside MitoYou, through Support by selecting “Segurança infantil”, or directly to child-safety@mitoyou.app.
MitoYou may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve necessary evidence, and take other proportionate safety actions when these standards may have been violated.
When MitoYou obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we will take appropriate action to restrict or remove the material, preserve relevant evidence lawfully, and report confirmed cases to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law. We cooperate with competent law-enforcement authorities and recognized child-safety organizations. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
